EVOLUTIONS by MAGNA CARTA WEALTH Privacy Policy
On behalf of Magna Carta Wealth, Inc., a Delaware corporation, doing business as EVOLUTIONS (referred to as “EVOLUTIONS”, “Company”, “us”, or “we”), welcome to the website www.magnacartawealth.com and the related downloadable application (collectively, the “Application”). We recognize that your privacy is important. This Policy discloses the privacy practices for the Application and also covers how personal and other information that we receive or collect about you is treated. Please read the information below to learn the following regarding your use of the Application.

You acknowledge that this Privacy Policy is designed to be read in connection with the Application’s Terms and Conditions of Use policies (hereinafter, “Terms”) and that by accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as this Policy. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by updating any privacy information on this page. Your continued use of the Application or the services available through this Application after such modifications will constitute your:

(a) acknowledgment of the modified Policy; and

(b) your agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.

If you have any questions about this Policy, please feel free to contact us by e-mail at info@evolutionsapp.com. .

IMPORTANT: BY USING THE APPLICATION, YOU GIVE YOUR CONSENT THAT ALL PERSONAL DATA THAT YOU SUBMIT MAY BE PROCESSED BY US IN THE MANNER AND FOR THE PURPOSES DESCRIBED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT USE THE APPLICATION.

Types of Information We Collect
In order to provide you with our services, we may collect two types of information about our users: Personally Identifiable Information and Aggregate Information.

Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”): This refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are and grant access to the Application. Examples of PII may include your first, middle, and last name, email address, telephone number, and geographic location. You may also voluntarily provide other PII, whether or not specifically requested by us, by uploading

documents or other data into the Application, linking device-specific native identity-verification features such as Touch ID services, linking third-party social media accounts, or sharing contacts information existing on your device. You agree that we may collect any PII voluntarily supplied by you, whether or not we have requested it. You must not submit any PII relating to a third party without their consent. We do not knowingly collect any information relating to third parties which you do not have permission to provide.

When you engage in certain activities on our Application, such as sending us an email to info@evolutionsapp.com, we will ask you to provide certain PII.

Aggregate Information: This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather certain information about you to enable EVOLUTIONS’s networking and search features. This information includes, but is not limited to, user financial choices and third- party service preferences.

We also gather certain information about you based upon what you utilize on our Application. This information includes, but is not limited to information about your computer, technical information about your computer or device (such as type of device, web browser or operating system, and Internet Protocol (“IP”) address), your preferences and settings (time zone, language, privacy preferences, product preferences, etc.), the buttons or controls you utilized (if any), how long you used the Application and which services and features you used, and your online or offline status of the Application. This information, which is collected in a variety of different ways, is compiled and analysed on both a personal and an aggregated basis. This information may include the Website’s Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) that points to the Application you just came from, which URL you go to after visiting our Application, what browser you are using, and your IP address.

How We Collect and Use Information
We do not collect any PII about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us or consent to the sharing of that PII. However, you may be required to provide certain PII to us when you elect to use certain services available on the Application. We will primarily use your PII to provide you with information and enable the use of networking with independent service providers for you.

We will also use certain forms of PII to enhance the operation of our Application, statistically analyse Application use, improve our service, and customize the Application’s content, layout, and services. We may use PII to deliver information to you and to contact you if you request that we do so. Finally, we may use your PII to enforce our agreements with you, including our Application’s Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. For example, we may use your IP address to

diagnose problems with our servers, software, to administer our Application, and to gather demographic information.

Cookies
Depending on how you use our Application’s website, we may store cookies on your computer in order to collect certain aggregate data about our users and to customize certain aspects of your specific user experience. A cookie is a small data text file which is stored on your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. Cookies may also include more personalized information, such as your IP address, browser type, the server your computer is logged onto, the area code and zip code associated with your server, and your first name to welcome you back to our Application. We may use cookies to perform tasks such as: monitoring aggregate Application website usage metrics, storing and remembering your passwords (if you allow us to do so), storing account preferences that you have set, and personalizing the services we make available to you. However, we do not use cookies to track your browsing behaviours.

Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some aspects of the Application’s website may not function properly if you elect to disable cookies.

Some cookies used by us include those for Google Analytics, Display Advertising and Remarketing. Remarketing involves showing advertisements on other websites to users who have visited or used EVOLUTIONS. The advertisements may feature EVOLUTIONS or other advertisers. For more information on how Google uses data and how to opt out, please visit: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Release of Information
We will not sell, trade, or rent your PII to others. We provide some of our services through contractual arrangements made with affiliates, service providers, partners and other third parties (“Service Partners”). We and our Service Partners may need to use some PII in order to complete tasks and enable functionality, perform tasks between our respective Application, or to deliver services to you. For example, we use Service Partners to facilitate and complete electronic transmission of relevant data between users to independent service providers selected and authorized by the user conducted with the Application. We also use Service Partners to assist us in delivering our electronic communications to you using your contact information (such as your e- mail address or phone number), and to analyse Aggregate Information.

We will choose Service Partners who adopt and promote strong privacy policies. However, the use of your PII by our Service Partners is governed by the respective privacy policies of those providers and is not subject to our control.

Except as otherwise discussed in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. Any other Application accessible through our Application, including those of our Service Partners, have their own privacy policies and data collection, use, and disclosure practices. Please consult each Application’s privacy policy. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties.

Other than our Service Partners, we do not allow third parties to collect PII or Aggregate information about you or your online activities when you use our Application.

Occasionally we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide PII to the appropriate governmental authorities. In such cases, we will disclose PII upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

Deletion of Personal Information
Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.83, you have the right to request deletion of your information from the Application and from Service Providers. EVOLUTIONS and MAGNA CARTA WEALTH shall not be required to comply with a request to delete your personal information if it is necessary for us to maintain the consumer’s personal information in order to:

Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, provide
a good or service requested by the consumer, or reasonably anticipated within the context of a business’s ongoing business relationship with the consumer, or otherwise perform a contract between the business and the consumer.

Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal
activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity.

iii. Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.

Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her
right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law.

Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act pursuant to
Chapter 3.6 (commencing with Section 1546) of Title 12 of Part 2 of the California Penal Code.

Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the businesses’ deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, if the consumer has provided informed consent.
vii. To enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with the expectations of

the consumer based on the consumer’s relationship with the business.

viii. Comply with a legal obligation.

Otherwise use the consumer’s personal information, internally, in a lawful manner
that is compatible with the context in which the consumer provided the information.

To exercise this request, you may e-mail us at info@evolutionsapp.com or call 858-866- 8181. An account with EVOLUTIONS is not required for this request.

Exercise of Consumer Rights/Opt-Outs
Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.120, as a user, you have the right, at any time, to direct any business that sells personal information about the consumer to third parties not to sell the consumer’s personal information. This right may be referred to as the right to opt out.

A business that has received direction from a consumer not to sell the consumer’s personal information is prohibited from selling the consumer’s personal information after its receipt of the consumer’s direction, unless the consumer subsequently provides express authorization for the sale of the consumer’s personal information. This opt-out may be requested here: [link titled DO NOT SELL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION] (MUST ALSO BE ON HOMEPAGE).

Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.125, we will not discriminate against a consumer because the consumer exercised any of the consumer’s rights under this statute, including, but not limited to, by:

Denying goods or services to the consumer.
Charging different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of
discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties.

iii. Providing a different level or quality of goods or services to the consumer.

Suggesting that the consumer will receive a different price or rate for goods or
services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

Nothing in this subdivision prohibits a business from charging a consumer a different price or rate, or from providing a different level or quality of goods or services to the consumer, if that difference is reasonably related to the value provided to the consumer by the consumer’s data. Moreover, a business may offer financial incentives, including payments to consumers as compensation, for the collection of personal information, the sale of personal information, or the deletion of personal information. A business may also offer a different price, rate, level, or quality of goods or services to the consumer if that price or difference is directly related to the value provided to the consumer by the consumer’s data. A business that offers any of these said financial incentives shall notify consumers of the financial incentives pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.135. A business may enter a consumer into a financial incentive program only if the consumer gives the business prior opt-in consent pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.135 which clearly describes the material terms of the financial incentive program, and which may be revoked by the consumer at any time. Despite these terms, a business may not use financial incentive practices that are unjust, unreasonable, coercive, or usurious in nature.

We have not disclosed consumers’ personal information for a business purpose in the preceding 12 months absent the user’s request and authorization to share their personal information with a specific third-party.

We believe you should have the ability to access and edit the PII that you have provided to us and collected by us. You may change any of your PII via the Application at any time by accessing the Application. Pursuant to California Civil Code Sections 1798.110 and 1798.115, up to twice a year, you may request:

iii. The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information.

The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
We encourage you to promptly update your PII if it changes. You may ask to have the information on your account deleted or removed; however, some information, such as past cases and

transactions, logs of technical support calls, or other information may not be deleted. In addition, it may be impossible to immediately and completely delete your information without some residual information because of backups, but the information will be deleted.

Your Privacy Rights
Upon your request, California Civil Code Section 1798.83, known as the “Shine the Light” law, requires us to provide to you (a) a list of your personal information, if any, which we have disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year, and (b) the names and addresses of those third parties. You may make such a request once per calendar year, and we will provide the information to you free of charge contingent upon verification of the request. Please send any requests made pursuant to this section to us by e-mail by at info@evolutionsapp.com or 858-866-8181. An account with EVOLUTIONS is not required for this request.

User Choices on Collection and Use of Information
We may, from time to time, send you e-mails and/or newsletters regarding information or services that we feel may interest you. Only EVOLUTIONS (or agents working on behalf of us and under confidentiality agreements) will send you these notifications. If you do not want to receive correspondence from us, you can “opt-out” by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each correspondence.

You also have choices with respect to cookies, as described above. By modifying your browser preferences, you have the choice to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is set, or to reject all cookies.

Security of Your PII
With our Application, we make extensive efforts to secure your PII. We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of your PII. For example:

— We work hard to ensure that the data we collect is reliable, accurate, complete, and current.

We use PII only for the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with any applicable legal or ethical reporting or document retention requirements.

— We limit access to PII only to specific employees, Service Partners, contractors, and agents

who have a reasonable need to come into contact with your information.

— Additionally, we also employ a number of physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards

to protect PII. Our Service Partners and affiliates employ secure servers and data centers that are protected by encryption, reside behind firewalls, and employ password protection.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your PII, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet which are beyond our control; and (b) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged through the Application cannot be guaranteed.

You should also be aware that when Personally Identifiable Information is voluntarily disclosed (i.e. your name, email address, location, etc.) by you through use of the Application, that information, along with any information disclosed in your communication, is collected and visible to third parties and may result in unsolicited messages (including unwanted spam messages) from third parties. Such activities are beyond our control and this Policy does not apply to such information. Please consult our Terms and Conditions of Use for policies regarding user-provided information.
